The owner, Alonzo White, has over 30 years of experience in the transportation and distribution sector. Alonzo was taught the importance of responsibility and the provision of quality, safe jobs for his team early in life. He has developed himself in the industry as a reliable resource for transitions and retraining other DCPs on the safest possible practices. Mr. White’s goal is to create a company that encompasses his core values of Safety, Integrity, Communication, Accountability, and Collaboration. He stands by his motto of “Much given, Much Expected” for not just his team but also himself.
Paul Schindler
Regional Manager
I am from the St. Louis, Mo area and bring over 30 years experience in the Transportation Industry. I most recently moved over from Lanter Delivery Systems to assist White Lines Systems in the start up of our West Coast Operations.
As the District Manager for White Lines Systems, I help with the operational support of all 5 locations to ensure all policies & procedures are followed to provide a first class product to our customers. I work with all of our Transportation Managers in the daily operations of each of their facilities & provide leadership in all areas, especially the safety aspect of our company.
I am proud to be part of the White Lines team & hope to grow the company to a National Brand that excels in safety, service & to create a first class company that values all employees. We strive to be the best at what we do every day & we work hard every day to provide the level of service we have been known to provide.
On my off time, I enjoy the simple things in life. Hanging with family & friends, following most local sports teams & playing golf whenever I can.

Fleet Safety Manager
Aaron T has been in the transportation sector for 7 years in various roles, including vehicle and driver safety compliance, hiring, training, dispatching, and new business implementation. As the Fleet Safety Manager, he works closely with the HR and Terminal managers to maintain a quality program, including safety, training, and compliance. White Line Systems has a simplified and organized Driver Qualification system. The team strives to improve the quality of training and safety continuously. Aaron firmly believes that all items are comprising safety and fleet start top-down, where al WLS Managers, Supervisors, and Driver Leads maintain dutiful attitudes and pride themselves in providing the tools and training for recurring success.
