ELD Program

Our team emphasizes efficiency and ensures that high-tech tools and advanced technology and hardware are used to maintain accurate records in accordance with the FMCSA ELD mandated rules. White Lines System maintains drivers’ logs and tracks the services provided, utilizing information available via the GeoTab program to effectively manage or monitor the following:

  • Hours of Service (number of hours worked by the vehicle within a certain time-bound) compliance
  • Speeding events
  • Maintenance
  • Vehicle diagnostic events
  • Unassigned Drive Time
  • All other FMCSA ELD required components

Lytx Drive Cams

WLS utilizes the Drivecam Lytx Vehicle Cameras with inward and outward recording capabilities. Once attached, the lytx dash cameras ensure a smooth monitoring procedure at the firm and are attached to the windshield to record at multiple angles, in whatever way befitting the requirement. Captured events, if required, are reviewed by trained supervisors, lead, managers, and/or safety depending upon the events included in the document of discussion of the driver. Other in-use technological tools include:

  • Training video programs
  • The Sentix Instructional Technologies App (available on tablets, mobiles, or Pcs owned by our drivers) combined with our fleet management systems to improve management.
  • Dashboard platform to track training and assign videos

* (See onboarding Checklist and WLS Driver Training Program Document for details regarding recorded training videos)
